Shipping policy
1 All products purchased in our store for $150 or more will be eligible for free shipping until June 30, 2025. We offer free delivery service.
2 If you want to receive the product quickly and need air freight service, please contact the website customer service email to obtain an air freight quote.
3 All orders will be processed within 1-2 working days, unless the specific product ordered is out of stock. In such cases, we will promptly notify you via email and offer you the option of a refund or waiting until the product you ordered is back in stock.
4 The product is in the warehouse in Los Angeles. Regarding the delivery time: within 7 days in the United States, within 10 days in Canada, and within 25 days in Australia and New Zealand.
